About Tyler's Grace Foundation
Tyler's Grace Foundation (TGF) hosts our families in a private vacation home while providing them with custom enhancements to encourage laughter, love, and an opportunity to create lasting memories.
Our packages are custom-designed for each recipient fitting their specific needs and wishes. Personally made gift baskets, activities for the family, and gift cards to local venues are just a few examples of the items included. Our foundation offers our recipients the choice of selecting an ocean-front beach house in Aptos, CA. or, a South Lake Tahoe luxury home.
